Phoenix Hotel is such a gem! The cozy vibe, friendly owners, and amazing breakfast had me smiling every morning. My room was super comfy with a luxurious bed. A bit of a hiccup at check-in, but it didn't ruin my stay at all! Highly recommended!

The location is superb, just a minute's walk from bus tour pickups, while the breakfast offerings—especially the delicious Swiss cheese—were a highlight. However, the lack of an elevator posed challenges with heavy luggage, and the check-in process felt a bit lengthy at times. Despite this, the personal service from the owners made it feel like a home away from home.

We had a decent stay with our two little kids. The hotel is close to the waterfront promenade, perfect for evening strolls. The managers were friendly and provided great recommendations for family-friendly restaurants. Additionally, they offered useful tips on local attractions which made our trip feel special.

My wife says that the strict check-in policy was exhausting for the kids.

Had a fantastic time with a group of friends! The hotel is super close to the waterfront promenade, making it easy to explore. The owners really care about hospitality, and the breakfast was a great way to start our days. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and clean rooms.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the area on foot. I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and found the facilities to be very well maintained.
